Abstract

slamic Higher Institution (PTAI) in Indonesia in now encounterinf the problem of the output/its alumnae as indicated by their lack and/or unability to be involved optimally in a scale development of their nation. This is logical consequence of its weak scientific basic (epistemology). This is also due to the obscure vision and mission of the PTAI in making a choice, i.e. whwther it becomes an academic, a preaching, or a practical-pragmaticnisntitution.
