Abstract

And specifying of regulation of minister education of no. 16 year 2007 about standart of academic qualification and interest learn in it there are benefit of certification that is: (1) protecting profession learn from side which do not competence, damage which can teacher profession image; (2) protecting society of education done not quality and professional; (3) improving prosperity of teacher.
