Abstract

Pesantren as an Islamic educational institution, preaching and devotion of the oldest and typical of Indoesia, has contributed to the development of the nation, especially the establishment of good moral and ulama cadre. Globalization is impacting on socio-economic changes were arrested pesantren a capital capability to prepare the next generation as an agent of social change that is responsive to economic opportunity based on Islamic values internalized in the pesantren Sidogiri is economic value-based worship, in wich all economic activities intended to the worship of Allah. Values such worship cored on faith. in addition, the value wich is internalized also be a propaganda value. even the economic activities is also to preach, to help others and to spread the greatness of Islam to the outposts of the country. Internalizing values intangibles inward santtri and chaplain done by modelling and using inculnation approach. While the implementation of the values of intangibles to establish a culture in schools is done with pelakonan patterns and performance accompanied by dicipline. That strategy are a power strategy, persuasive strategy, and normative re-educative.
