Abstract
Children are risky to any harassment, sexual abuse, exploitation, discrimination, and violence. Such conditions must be overcome quickly and systematically by parents, government, and people. Child harassment is like an iceberg phenomenon in which the cases on the surface are less than what really happens. To find an alternative for solving problems among children can be conducted by using the approach of humanism and fiqh maqasid. That kind of approach is useful for preserving children's rights. In Islam, the command to care for children is stated in the Qur'an, Sunnah, and various codifications of Islamic law.
