Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have been claimed to have a crucial role in Indonesian’s economy. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, MSMEs became one of the most poorly preserved sectors. One thing that can maintain the existence of MSMEs is digitizing. The research is about the representation of Jombang’s MSMEs in the digital space of 2020. The subject of the research is Jombang’s MSMEs and the object are 10 contents of the information on the first page identified by Google search engine. This research applies a quantitative paradigm and quantitative content analysis method. The theory used is digital marketing communication theories. The result of the research show that the dominant site used to dissemination information is news website. Thus information comes from other parties. To sum up, MSMEs in Jombang not moving yet independently in the digital space. Moreover, the majority content of the discussion is about the other side of Jombang’s MSMEs.
