Abstract
ABSTRAK Skripsi dengan judul, “Implementasi Program BTQ dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Baca Tulis Al-Qur‟an Siswa di MTs Negeri 5 Tulungagung” ini ditulis oleh Septiana Nihayatul Khusna, NIM 12201173177, Jurusan Pendidikan Agama Islam, Pembimbing : Moh. Mashudi, M.Pd.I. Kata Kunci : Implementasi Program BTQ, Meningkatkan Kemampuan Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an Anak-anak zaman sekarang ketika sudah naik ke tingkat SMP sudah tidak mau belajar Al-Qur‟an. Ketika sudah lulus dari sekolah/madrasah juga ada yang belum bisa membaca Al-Qur‟an. Padahal sebagai seorang muslim, kemampuan membaca Al-Qur‟an merupakan hal yang penting dan pasti akan selalu diterapkan dalam kehidupan beribadah setiap hari. Salah satunya dalam ibadah salat yang diharuskan membaca ayat Al-Qur‟an dengan benar agar tidak merubah maknanya. Oleh sebab itu, pembelajaran baca tulis Al-Qur‟an sangat penting bagi generasi muslim. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan berbasis madrasah, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat tersebut, program BTQ di MTsN 5 Tulungagung hadir untuk memfasilitasi siswa yang belum bisa membaca Al-Qur‟an dan melatih siswa bisa menulis Al-Qur‟an. Program ini penting untuk membentuk generasi Qur‟ani sekarang maupun yang akan datang yang mampu membaca dan menulis Al-Qur‟an dengan baik dan benar. Program madin BTQ terdiri dari madin jilid, madin Al-Qur‟an, dan madin tartil. Setiap madin tersebut memiliki tingkatan masing-masing. Fokus Penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah (1) Bagaimana perencanaan program BTQ dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Baca Tulis Al-Qur‟an siswa di MTsN 5 Tulungagung? (2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan program BTQ dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Baca Tulis Al-Qu‟ran siswa di MTsN 5 Tulungagung? (3) Bagaimana evaluasi program BTQ dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Baca Tulis Al-Qur‟an siswa di MTsN 5 Tulungagung? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penilitian studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian berada di MTsN 5 Tulungagung. Sumber data penelitian didapat melalui sumber primer yakni melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan WAKA Kurikulum, guru-guru, dan siswa. Sumber sekunder menggunakan dokumentasi yang diperoleh dari lembaga madrasah. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan perpanjang keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan program BTQ dalam meningkatkan kemampuan baca tulis Al-Qur‟an siswa di MTsN 5 Tulungagung awalnya dengan mengadakan musyawarah bersama guru-guru dan akhirnya tercetus program madin. Hasil musyawarah disampaikan kepada wali murid. Tahap selanjutnya membentuk kepengurusan, penjadwalan, dan rapat bersama terkait teknis program madin. (2) Pelaksanaan program BTQ dalamxiii meningkatkan kemampuan baca tulis Al-Qur‟an siswa di MTsN 5 Tulungagung menerapkan metode metode an-Nahdliyah menggunakan klasikal. Setelah klasikal, siswa satu per-satu menghadap gurunya untuk disimak bacaannya. Siswa yang bacannya sudah lancar dapat naik ke tingkat selanjutnya. (3) Evaluasi program BTQ dalam meningkatkan kemampuan baca tulis Al-Qur‟an siswa di MTsN 5 Tulungagung dilaksanakan setiap satu semester sekali dengan ujian membaca dan menulis Al-Qur‟an. Keywords: BTQ Program Implementation, Improving Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing Skills At this time the youths when they had advanced to junior high school level, they did not want to learn the Qur'an. When they graduated from school, there were also those who could not read the Qur'an. Even though, as a Muslim, the ability to read the Qur'an was important and would definitely always be applied in daily worship life. One of them was in prayer which was required to read the verses of the Qur'an correctly so as not to change its meaning. Therefore, learning to read and write the Qur'an was very important for the Muslim generation. As a school-based educational institution, to meet the needs of the community, the BTQ program at Islamic Junior High School 5 Tulungagung was here to facilitate students who could not read the Qur'an and train students to write the Qur'an. This program was important to form the current and future generations of Qur'ans who were able to read and write the Qur'an properly and correctly. The Madin BTQ program consists of Madin diliJ, Madin Al-Qur'an, and Madin Tartil. Each madin had its own level. The focus of the research in this thesis is (1) How is the BTQ program planning in improving the students' reading and writing skills of the Qur'an at MTsN 5 Tulungagung? (2) How is the implementation of the BTQ program in improving students' reading and writing skills of Al-Qu'ran at MTsN 5 Tulungagung? (3) How is the evaluation of the BTQ program in improving students' reading and writing skills of the Qur'an at MTsN 5 Tulungagung? This research uses a qualitative research approach and a case study type of research. The research location is at MTsN 5 Tulungagung. Sources of research data were obtained through primary sources, namely through observations and interviews with WAKA Curriculum, teachers, and students. Secondary sources use documentation obtained from madrasa institutions. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data is done by extending the participation, persistence of observation, and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that (1) The planning of the BTQ program in improving students' reading and writing skills of the Qur'an at MTsN 5 Tulungagung began withholding consultations with teachers. Finally, the Madin program was born. First, the results of the discussion are conveyed to the parents of the students. The next stage is forming management, scheduling, and joint meetings related to Madin program technicalities. (2) The implementation of the BTQ program in improving students' reading and writing skills of the Qur'an at MTsN 5 Tulungagung by applying the an-Nahdliyah method using the classicalxv method. After classical, students one by one face the teacher to listen to the reading. Then, students who read fluently can move on to the next level. (3) Evaluation of the BTQ program in improving students' reading and writing skills of the Qur'an at MTsN 5 Tulungagung is carried out once every semester with a reading and writing test of the Qur'an. For students who still have not achieved one competency after an evaluation, they will receive special treatment.
