Abstract

ABSTRAK Arsip sebagai sumber informasi mengenai berjalannya suatu organisasi, sehingga informasi pada arsip dapat digunakan dalam pengambilan suatu keputusan. Menilik pentingnya arsip sudah semestinya dikelola dengan baik. Guna mengoptimalkan sistem administrasi arsip yang dikembangkan dalam wilayah Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Nganjuk sebagai bentuk kemajuan zaman dan kemajuan teknologi informasi. Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Nganjuk memanfaatkan media website dalam pengelolaan administrasi arsip. Terkhusus bagi surat masuk dan surat keluar. Penelitian ini berangkat dari keresahan kademik mengenai hubungan tiga asas terbentuknya sistem informasi yang semestinya diterapkan, yaitu asas teknologi, asas SDM, dan asas hubungan. Sehingga mencapai administrsi demokrasi yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitan kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis hasil penelitian dengan teknik triangulasi. Teknik yang diterapkan yaitu triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Pengambilan data dengan observasi secara mendalam, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sehingga didapatkan hasil penelitian yang akurat. Diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa pemilihan media website memiliki kelebihan dibandingkan dengan media lain. Website dapat diakses secara online sehingga mempermudah administrator dan kepala instansi dalam melaksanakan kerjanya. Selain itu juga dapat mempermudah dalam temu kembali informasi. Sistem website yang dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan instansi. Namun, juga memiliki kekurangan yaitu akses sistem administrasi bergantung penuh dengan jaringan internet. Apabila jaringan internet terputus maka akan mengalami kelumpuan terhadap akses sistem administrasi arsip tersebut. Given the importance of archives, they should be managed properly. In order to optimize the archive administration sistem developed in the area of Nganjuk Regency Ministry of Religon as a form of progress of the times and advances in information technology. The office of Nganjuk Regency Ministry of Religon utilizez the media website in managing archives. Especially for incoming and outgoing mail. This research depart from academic concerns regarding the relationship of the three principles of forming an information system that should be applied, this is the principle of technology, the principle of HR, and the principle of relationships. So as to achive good democratic administration.. This study uses a ddescriptive qualitative research method with analysis of research result with triangulation techniques. The technique applied is source triangulation and methtod triangulation. Collecting data by in-depth observation, interviews, and documentation. So that accurate research results are obtained. The result of the research sow that the selection of website media has advantages compared to applications. The website can be accessed online making it easier for adminstrators and head of institution in carrying out their work in ddition, it can also facilitate the retrieval of information. Website sistem designed according to institution needs. However, it also has a drawback, namely that the administrative sistem access is fully dependent in the internet nerwork, I the internet network is disconnected, it will experience paralysis of access to the arhive administration sistem.
