Abstract
This paper aims to review the Online Ojek Tariff Determination Policy for the Minister of Transportation Regulation (Permenhub No. 12 of 2019) based on the View of Maqashid Syariah Imam Syatibi. This approach uses a qualitative approach to this type of literature research, with data collected to examine books and journals that are in accordance with this research.
