Abstract

ABSTRACT Thesis with the title "Islamic Education Teachers Efforts in Improving Student Motivation in MTs Bandung Year 2015" was written by Elis Yuni Artanti, NIM. 3211113064, counselors Drs. H. M. Kharis, M.Pd. Keywords: Education Teachers and Motivation Research in this thesis is motivated by a phenomenon that knowledge and success of students about learning success is strongly influenced by motivation. In the process of learning motivation is a very important issue and a prerequisite in learning. Many gifted students who do not thrive because not obtained the proper motivation. Motivation is the conditions or circumstances that activate or members urge the creatures behave for goals posed by such motivations. The focus of research in this thesis is the issue 1) How Islamic Religious Education Teacher Planning in an effort to increase students' motivation in MTs Bandung in 2015? 2) How Islamic Education Teachers efforts motivation Intrinsic and ekstrinsic in improving students' motivation in MTs Bandung in 2015? 3) What are the factors inhibiting and supporting factors Islamic Education Teachers efforts in increasing student motivation in MTs Negeri Bandung in 2015? Sekripsi aims to: 1) to determine the planning of Islamic Education Teachers in an effort to increase students 'motivation in MTs Bandung in 2015. 2) To know the efforts of Islamic Education Teachers in improving students' motivation in MTs Bandung in 2015. 3) To determine the factors inhibiting and supporting factors Islamic Education Teachers efforts in improving students' motivation in MTs Bandung in 2015. This thesis is useful for society and the world of education. For those readers as inputs or significant reference. The research method in this approach uses a qualitative approach to the type of research descriptive and study cases. The study was conducted in MTs Negeri Bandung Tulungagung . Sources of data obtained from three different sources of data that is primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are observation, wawncara, and documentation. While reducing the use of technical analysis, data presentation and conclusion. Then to check the validity of the data is done through perseverance observation, triangulation, peer examination. Results of the research: 1). Planning of Islamic religious education teachers are used to improve students 'motivation at MTs Bandung, among which prepares lesson planing with a fun learning program and also see the condition of the students before the learning and reward in the form of value to improve students' motivation in MTs Bandung. 2). Efforts Islamic religious motivation ekstrinsic and intrinsic education teachers in improving student motivation ekstrinsic is to give a figure or a value on task results of students, awarded in the form of small gifts, to hold a competition between individuals and between groups, advice and education through penalty, and motivation Intrinsic from good communication with the teacher and also establish good relationships with the parents. 3). Enabling and inhibiting factors of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student motivation at MTs Bandung namely supporting factor is the willingness of students to learn, a sense of responsibility of teachers and students, peers, and the infrastructure that supports in MTs Bandung. While inhibiting factor is the lack of interest in the subject and a lack of cohesion between the students and teachers of Islamic religious education.
