Abstract

Abstrak Keputusan ibu rumah tangga terjun kedua dunia pekerjaan tentunya karena adanya faktor yang melatarbelakanginya, beberapa faktor yang melatarbelakanginya yaitu faktor ekonomi dan faktor sosial budaya. Tidak semua ibu rumah tangga menganggap mudah dalam mengambil keputusan untuk bekerja dengan adanya tuntutan dari kedua peran yakni sebagai ibu rumah tangga dan sebagai pekerja, dimana kondisi tersebut menyulitkannya dalam menjalankan kedua peran secara bersamaan atau bisa disebut dengan konflik peran ganda. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara dukungan sosial suami dengan konflik peran ganda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional menggunakan teknik snowball sampling sebagai pengambilan data dengan subjek sebanyak 56 orang ibu rumah tangga yang bertempat tinggal di desa Podoroto, memiliki suami dan anak, serta selama minimal 3 hari berada jauh dari rumah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan program SPSS dimana uji normalitas memakai test of normality klomogorov-smirnov, uji linieritas memakai test for linierity, sedangkan uji hipotesis memakai uji hipotesis product moment. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan ke arah negatif (sig=0,009 dan r=-0,347) Kata kunci: ibu rumah tangga, konflik peran ganda dukungan sosial suami. Absract The decision of housewives to enter the second world of work is of course due to the underlying factors, several factors behind it, namely economic factors and socio-cultural factors. Not all housewives find it easy to make decisions to work with the demands of both roles, namely as housewives and as workers, where these conditions make it difficult for them to carry out both roles simultaneously or can be called dual role conflict. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a relationship between husband's social support and dual role conflict. This research is a correlational quantitative research using snowball sampling technique as data collection with the subject of 56 housewives who live in Podoroto village, have husbands and children, and are away from home at least 3x24 hours. The data analysis technique used is the SPSS program where the normality test uses the Klomogorov-Smirnov test of normality, the linearity test uses the test for linearity, while the hypothesis test uses the product moment hypothesis test. The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a significant relationship in the negative direction (sig=0,006 and r=-0,347) Keywords: housewife, dual role conflict, husband's social support. الملخص إن قرار ربات البيوت بدخول عالم العمل الثاني يعود بالطبع إلى العوامل التي تقف وراءه ، وعدة عوامل وراءه ، وهي العوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية. لا تجد جميع ربات البيوت أنه من السهل اتخاذ قرارات للعمل مع متطلبات كلا الدورين ، أي كربات بيوت وكعاملين ، حيث تجعل هذه الظروف من الصعب عليهن القيام بكلا الدورين في وقت واحد أو يمكن أن يطلق عليهن صراع الدور المزدوج. الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة ما إذا كانت هناك علاقة بين الدعم الاجتماعي للزوج وتضارب الأدوار المزدوجة. هذا البحث عبارة عن بحث كمي ارتباطي باستخدام تقنية أخذ عينات كرة الثلج مثل جمع البيانات مع 56 ربة منزل يعيشون في قرية بودوروتو ، ولديهم أزواج وأطفال ، والبقاء بعيدًا عن المنزل لمدة 3 أيام على الأقل. تقنية تحليل البيانات المستخدمة هي برنامج SPSS حيث يستخدم اختبار الحالة الطبيعية اختبار كلوموجوروف-سميرنوف للحالة الطبيعية ، بينما يستخدم اختبار الخطية اختبار الخطية ، بينما يستخدم اختبار الفرضية اختبار فرضية لحظة المنتج. تظهر نتائج اختبار الفرضية أن هناك علاقة معنوية في الاتجاه السالب (sig = 0.009 و r = -0.347) المفردات الاساسية: ربة منزل ، دعم الزوج الاجتماعي ثنائي الدور ، تضارب.
