Abstract
7P marketing mix strategy is one of marketing strategies that has been widely used in every field of business. The purpose of this research is to analyze marketing strategies that have been implemented. Home Industry SUIIP is a ‘kembang goyang’ producer that has been operated for more than 10 years, product distribution has penetrated to various places. This study is using qualitative research where data collection using interview techniques and direct observation to the place of business. Results of this study indicate that implementation of 7P’ marketing mix strategy contributes to ups and downs of number of sales. For Home Industry SUIIP, it’s necessary to evaluate every aspect of marketing strategy that has been implemented so that it continues to develope in innovating products and being able to compete with similar manufacturers.
