Abstract
Skripsi dengan judul “Pengaruh Motivasi, Latar Belakang Pendidikan dan Penghargaan Finansial Pengaruh Religiuisitas, Lingkungan Kerja, Pengalaman Magang, dan Latar Belakang Pendidikan Terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Bekerja di Bank Syariah (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Perbankan Syariah UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung angkatan 2018)” ini ditulis oleh Elok Ma’rifatus Solichah, NIM. 17401163489, Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Islam, Jurusan Perbankan Syariah, Universitas Islam Negeri Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, pembimbing Muhamad Aqim Adlan, S.Pd.I., MEI Penelitian ini dilatarbelakngai oleh semakin pesatnya berkembangnya Bank Syariah tetapi tidak diimbangi dengan ketersediaan sumber daya manusia di bidang Perbankan Syariah. Tidak jarang Bank Syariah saat ini melakukan transformasi untuk memperoleh sumber daya manusia yang berlatarbelakang dari Bank Konvensional, tentunya menjadi penyebab berkurangnya tenaga ahli yang kompeten terkait Bank Syariah. Kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang berkompetan di bidang perbankan syariah akan dapat diatasi dengan adanya minat bekerja lulusan perguruan tinggi yang menyelengarakan program studi perbankan sayariah sesuai bidangnya. Beberapa tujuan dalam skripsi ini secara spesifik bermaksud: (1) Untuk menguji pengaruh religiusitas terhadap minat mahasiswa jurusan Perbankan Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Satu Tulungagung bekerja di bank syariah. (2) Untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap minat mahasiswa jurusan Perbankan Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Satu Tulungagung bekerja di bank syariah. (3) Untuk menguji pengaruh pengalaman magang terhadap minat mahasiswa jurusan Perbankan Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Satu Tulungagung bekerja di bank syariah. (4) Untuk menguji pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan terhadap minat mahasiswa jurusan Perbankan Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Satu Tulungagung bekerja di bank syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penyebaran angket dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 144 responden yang diambil dari populasi mahasiswa jurusan Perbankan Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial masing-masing variabel religiusitas, lingkungan kerja, pengalaman magang, dan latar belakang pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat bekerja di bank syariah. Dan secara simultan variabel religiusitas, lingkungan kerja, pengalaman magang, dan latar belakang pendidikan bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat bekerja di bank syariah Kata Kunci: Religiusitas, Lingkungan Kerja, Pengalaman Magang, Latar Belakang Pendidikan Minat Bekerja, dan Perbankan Syariah ABSTRACT Thesis with the title "The Influence of Motivation, Educational Background and Financial Awards Influence of Religiosity, Work Environment, Internship Experience, and Educational Background on Student Interest in Working in Islamic Banks (Case Study on Islamic Banking Students UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung class 2018)" written by Elok Ma'rifatus Solichah, NIM. 17401163489, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Department of Islamic Banking, State Islamic University Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, supervisor Muhamad Aqim Adlan, S.Pd.I., MEI This research is motivated by the rapid development of Islamic Banks but is not matched by the availability of human resources in the field of Islamic Banking. Not infrequently Islamic Banks currently carry out transformations to obtain human resources with backgrounds from Conventional Banks, of course, this is the cause of the shortage of competent experts related to Islamic Banks. The need for competent human resources in the field of Islamic banking will be overcome by the interest in working for college graduates who organize Islamic banking study programs according to their fields. Several objectives in this thesis specifically intend: (1) To examine the effect of religiosity on the interest of students majoring in Islamic Banking, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Satu Tulungagung to work in Islamic banks. (2) To examine the effect of the work environment on the interest of students majoring in Islamic Banking, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Satu Tulungagung to work in Islamic banks. (3) To examine the effect of internship experience on the interest of students majoring in Islamic Banking, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Satu Tulungagung to work in Islamic banks. (4) To examine the effect of educational background on the interest of students majoring in Islamic Banking, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Satu Tulungagung to work in Islamic banks. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. The method of data collection in this research uses a questionnaire distribution technique with a research sample of 144 respondents taken from the student population of the Islamic Banking Department, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results showed that partially each variable religiosity, work environment, internship experience, and educational background had a positive and significant effect on interest in working in Islamic banks. And simultaneously the variables of religiosity, work environment, internship experience, and educational background together have a positive and significant effect on interest in working in Islamic banks.
