Abstract

Profitability is theImain goal of every entrepreneur in running his business. TheIpurposeIofIthisIstudyIwasItoIdetermineItheIcostIof production, theInumberI ofIworkers andthe motivation onIthe profitability ofImarble entrepreneurs in Sawo Village where marble craftsare the main business of the majority of the local community. So thatIthis typeIof researchIisassociative through aIdescriptive quantitative research approach. Data collection techniques inthis study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires to 40 marble entrepreneurs inSawoVillage. This study uses data analysis methodIin theIform of multipleIlinear regressionIanalysiswith the basis of the decision through partial test (T-Test) and simultaneous significance test (F-Test) on the SPSS 16 program. The results of this studyIindicate thatIpartially orIsimultaneouslyproduction costs, theInumber of workers and entrepreneurial motivation owned by marbleentrepreneurs in Sawo Village have aIsignificant influenceIon the profitability of entrepreneurs.
