Keywords: Blended Learning, Offline Learning, Online Learning Blended learning is a combination of two or more learning methods or strategies that are carried out to achieve maximum learning objectives, especially in certain conditions. In this research, blended learning combined 2 methods, they are online learning method and offline learning method. Online learning is a teaching and learning process that utilizes the internet and digital media in delivering material. Offline learning is teaching-learning method where the learning process is carried out face-to-face directly in the classroom. The implementation of this type of blended learning is widely used in educational institutions to deal with learning during the recent Covid-19 pandemic. One of them is SMPN 1 Srengat. The application of blended learning varies greatly depending on how an educational institution develops it. This research discussed how the implementation of blended learning at SMPN 1 Srengat.This research used a descriptive design with a qualitative approach to describe the result of the data analysis. The researcher collected the data through observation and interviews, then selected and concluded the important data. The data was choosen then described in the form of narrative text, then draws conclusions from the presentation of the data. In this research, to collect the data the researcher used non-participants observation. The researcher joined the learning in the classroom and paid attention to the implementation of teaching and learning that involves media, method, evaluation technique and material usage. The researcher also conducted interviews with English teachers to fit the result of observation. The results of this research explained how blended learning was implemented at SMPN 1 Srengat. The system for implementing blended learning in SMPN 1 Srengat is to combine the implementation of online learning and offline learning. The online and offline learning are carried out simultaneously, half of the students study online and the other half study offline at school. Group one contains students with serial numbers from the beginning to the middle, and group two contains students with serial numbers from the middle to the last. These two learning groups will exchange learning methods at each meeting. If group one studied using the online method, then group two used the offline learning method. In the next meeting these groups would exchange learning methods, group one studied using the offline learning method, while group two would learn using the online learning method. In the first meeting of learning, The teachers share the learning material and explain it, and provide assignments and assessments the following meeting.
