Human life always closely related to society, of course there are many values that must be learned to achieve a comfortable and prosperous life. One thing that needs to be learned is moral values. Moral values are very important to be taught from an early age because moral values can be a guide for them to carry themselves in social life. Moral values provide examples of good attitudes and culture, which are inspired by people's behavior. Learning moral values can bring positive values to the individual in order to be sensitive to issues related to social life and to encourage good behaviour. There are many resources that can be used to teach moral values, one of which is the movie. Movies have interesting stories aimed at providing entertainment and satisfaction for the audience and getting them involved in the story. Among many movies, the researcher chooses “Up” movie as the interesting media to teach the moral values. The writer gets the inspiration to write a research entitled “The Moral Values Found In “Up” Movie”. The purposes of this study were to find out the dialogues which represent moral value of the characters in “Up” movie and the moral values existed in “Up” movie The research method of this study was using qualitative research design. The data sources in this research were divided into two kind, they were primary and secondary data. The primary data was from the dialogue transcript of “Up” movie. The secondary data was from many sources such kind the previous studies. For the data analysis the researcher did some steps, they were: (1) Watching “Up” movie. (2) Downloading the English to understand the dialogue. (3) Re-watching the movie to identifying the moral values. (4) Drawing the conclusion of the research. The researcher found 9 types of moral values in Up movie. They are: bravery/courage, honesty, self-reliance and potential, self-discipline and moderation, loyalty, respect, love and affection, sensitive and not selfish, also kindness and friendliness. The most of moral value found in this movie was love and affection.
