Lestari, Tri. Student Registered Number. 12203173105. 2021. An Analysis Of Moral Value In “UP” Movie. Sarjana Thesis. English Education Department. Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training State Islamic Institute (IAIN) of Tulungagung Advisor : Dr. Susanto, S.S.,M.Pd. Keywords : Moral Value, UP Movie The film ''UP'' is one of the American films that contain moral messages in it. In addition, the film ''UP'' is also interesting because it presents good animation, but it is very important to apply the theme of hard work and honesty. Honesty and hard work are realities of everyday life that we should emulate. This study aims to determine the moral messages about the values of honesty and hard work which are interpreted in the film ''UP''. The type of research used is a descriptive type of research. The data collection technique in this study used descriptive qualitative research techniques. The data source of this research was ''UP'' with a duration of 1 hour 40 minutes in the form of a film. As a data analysis and discussion that has been carried out, the researcher concludes that the moral messages found in the film ''UP'' are never give up, altruism, love and loyalty, respect, help full, courage and self-discipline. suggest that the results of this study are expected to provide an understanding of moral messages and be able to live life with good morals and ethics.
