Abstract

The purpose of this study had to determine the effect of total debt, working capital, sales volume on net income on iron and steel sub-industry mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2019-2022. The type of research used is associative quantitative. The population in this study consisted of all the iron and steel sub-industry mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchage period 2019-2022. The research used a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 4 companies with quarterly data for four-years reserch period. The analytical technique used in this study is panel data regression and the selected model is Fixed Effect Model. The result of this study indicated that partially total debt has no effect in net income, Working capital has a positive effect on net income and Sales Volume has a negative effect on net income. Simultaneously, the variables total debt, working capital and sales volume affect net income in the iron and steel sub-industry mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2022.
