Keywords: Correlation, Personality, Extrovert Introvert, Speaking Skills. Speaking skill especially in English influence by many factors one of them is affective factors, that have a part namely personality. In this case, the personality classified into two types namely extrovert personality and introvert personality. This research has two variables, the students’ personality was treated as an independent variable (X), and students’ speaking skills was treated as dependent variable (Y). Learning style that suitable with personality students can affect their speaking skills. The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation between students’ personality and students’ speaking skills of the tenth grader at SMAN 1 Rejotangan. The sampling technique used in this study is Purposive Sampling with a total of 34 samples, and they personality was determined by using a questionnaire by researcher based on the theory by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire. The method used in this study is quantitative research and correlation analysis technique. The data were calculated statistically by Person Product Moment Correlation. The data were collected through questionnaires, tests, and documentation. This research was started by collecting theory, after that the researchers gave the students personality questionnaire and then classified them as extroverted students or introverted students. Then, the researcher gave a speaking test to ask the students to introduce themselves. The researcher used SPSS to analyze the correlation of both data. The result of this study shows that extroverts become the most dominant personality in the class and the average score from students is 65.5. It can be categorized as an enough score. The result showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.747 at the significant level of 0.000. The correlation coefficient (0.747) was within the interval 0.70-0.90 and from the interpretation of correlation research, was categorized as high correlation. Based on the significant level 0,000 (0.000<0.05), it could conclude that the (Ho) was rejected and the (Ha) was accepted. The result of this research showed that there is a significant correlation between students’ personalities and students' speaking skills of the tenth grader at SMAN 1 Rejotangan.
