Abstract

The potential of infak zakat and alms in Tulungagung Regency reaches 15 billion per year, but only 5 billion is collected from zakat fitrah and 2.2 billion from professional zakat. One form of support from the Tulungagung government in terms of optimizing the collection of zakat, infak and alms is the issuance of Tulungagung Regent Regulation Number 86 of 2020. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the receipt of zakat and infak before and after the issuance of perbup. Data on the receipt of zakat infak sedekah for 2018-2022 is used to measure the effectiveness of this Regent Regulation. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive statistical tests and inferential statistics. The research method using is Parametric Test Paired Sample T-Test. The results showed that the value of Sig. (2-Tailed) from zakat receipt data was 0.406 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that there was no significant difference in the data on ASN professional zakat receipts before and after the issuance of Perbup. The value of Sig. (2-Tailed) from the infak receipt data is 0.870 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in the infak receipt data before and after the issuance of Perbup.
