Abstract

Controlling production costs is something that must be done by production companies to run smoothly and efficiently. However, it is known that there are still some entrepreneurs who do not understand how to prepare production cost and income budgets, even though with these activities business owners can easily find out the efficiency of activities and costs. during production. This research aims to determine budget production costs and determine the efficiency of controlling production costs in the banana chips manufacturing business in Widoro, Gandusari, Trenggalek. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data analysis, data collection using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data used is primary and secondary data.
