Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi dengan judul “Konsep Jihad Mempertahankan Negara Perspektif Tafsir Al-Azhar Dan Tafsir Al-Misbah (Studi Komparatif)” ini ditulis oleh Nurhareesa Sohoh, NIM 126301205118, Pembimbing Rifqi Asa‟adah, S.Ud, M.Ag. Kata Kunci: Jihad Mempertahankan Negara, Tafsir Al-Misbah, Tafsir AlAzhar Sesuai ayat Al-Qur‟an dapat dipahami bahwa kata Jihad adalah perjuangan di jalan Allah, ataupun mengerahkan kemampuan untuk menghadapi musuh, menghadapi setiap kesulitan dengan kesungguhan dan bersabar dalam menghadapi penganiayaan serta ujian dari Allah. Dalam penafsiran Jihad masih terdapat kesalah pahaman oleh umat muslim yang menganggap Jihad hanya mengangkat senjata saja. Oleh karena itu peneliti mengambil penelitian terkait studi komparasi penafsiran jihad perspektif tafsir Al-Azhar dan tafsir Al-Mishbah dalam Jihad bela negara. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga rumusan penelitian yaitu, 1) bagaimana biografi dan deskripsi kitab tafsir al-azhar dan tafsir al-misbah, 2) bagaimana wawasan Jihad dalam Al-Qur‟an, 3) bagaimana analisis penafsiran dan kontekstualisasi konsep jihad mempertahankan negara dalam tafsir Al-Azhar dan tafsir Al-Misbah. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui wawasan Jihad dalam Al-Qur‟an, dan 2) mengetahui penafsiran konsep Jihad mempertahankan negara dalam perspektif Hamka dan M. Quraish Shihab, 3) mengetahui kontektualisasi konsep Jihad mempertahankan negara dalam tafsir Al-Azhar dan tafsir Al- Misbah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan research library. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kajian pustaka, yaitu mencari data yang berupa catatan, transkip, buku, skripsi, dan seterusnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga teknik menganalisis data yaitu muqaran atau komparasi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Jihad dalam AlQur‟an memiliki banyak makna mulai dari jihad melawan hawa nafsu, jihad kepada setan dan lain sebagainya. Namun pandangan Hamka mengenai Jihad bela negara memiliki anjuran untuk berperang dengan mengangkat senjata, adanya anjuran demikian tentu dipengaruhi oleh tekanan serta keadaan saat penjajahan tersebut. Sebaliknya, Shihab dalam jihad bela negara lebih mengarahkan pada ketegasan pribadi terhadap orang yang menjelekkan, menginjak serta merusak agama islam, ketegasan tersebut bukan berarti perang dan mengangkat senjata, melainkan ketegasan untuk diri sendiri membentengi kekuatan dari dalam. ABSTRACT The thesis with the title "The Concept of Jihad to Defend the State from the Perspective of Tafsir Al-Azhar and Tafsir Al-Misbah (Comparative Study)" was written by Nurhareesa Sohoh, NIM 126301205118, Supervisor Rifqi Asa'adah, S.Ud, M.Ag. Keywords: Jihad to defend the country, Tafsir Al-Misbah, Tafsir Al-Azhar According to the verses of the Qur'an, it can be understood that the word Jihad means struggle in the way of Allah, or mobilizing one's abilities to face the enemy, facing every difficulty with seriousness and being patient in facing persecution and tests from Allah. In the interpretation of Jihad, there are still misunderstandings by Muslims who think that Jihad only involves taking up arms. Therefore, the researcher took research related to a comparative study of the interpretation of jihad from the perspective of Al-Azhar interpretation and AlMishbah interpretation in Jihad to defend the country. This research has three research formulations, namely, 1) what is the biography and description of the books of tafsir al-azhar and tafsir al-misbah, 2) how is the insight into Jihad in the Al-Qur'an, 3) how is the analysis of the interpretation and contextualization of the concept of jihad to defend the country in the tafsir Al-Azhar and tafsir Al-Misbah. The objectives of this research are 1) to find out the insight into Jihad in the Al-Qur'an, and 2) to know the interpretation of the concept of Jihad to defend the country in the perspective of Hamka and M. Quraish Shihab, 3) to know the contextualization of the concept of Jihad to defend the country in the Al-Azhar interpretation and tafsir Al-Misbah. This research uses a research library approach. The data collection technique used is the literature review method, namely searching for data in the form of notes, transcripts, books, magazines, and so on. This research uses three data analysis techniques, namely muqaran or comparison. The findings of this research show that Jihad in the Qur'an has many meanings ranging from jihad against lust, jihad against Satan and so on. However, Hamka's view regarding Jihad to defend the country has a recommendation to fight by taking up arms. Such a recommendation was certainly influenced by the pressure and conditions during the colonial era. On the other hand, Shihab in the jihad to defend the country focuses more on personal firmness against people who vilify, trample and destroy the Islamic religion. This firmness does not mean war and taking up arms, but firmness for oneself to fortify one's strength from within.
