Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of social solidarity that exists in the Hubbunnabi sholawat fan community "Pasukan Kuning Sewan" (PKS) in Jombang. This phenomenon is interesting to study because it shows social dynamics that are rarely studied, especially in the context of religious communities formed through visual symbols such as the “Seragam Jilbab Kuning”. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations and documentation, involving five PKS community members and one local resident as a supporting informant. The results of the study show that social solidarity in this community can be seen through various forms of interaction, such as mutual cooperation in helping members and local residents when they have a need, cooperation in determining the color of the hijab, and motivating each other when a member is unable to attend. Beside that, this study also shows the role of sholawat in the community, namely strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and increasing religiosity. Communication that is established directly or through digital media is one indicator of this role, as well as their presence in the assembly to obtain peace, blessings, and increase knowledge through mauidhoh hasanah.
