Abstract

ABSTRACT Undergraduate thesis titled "Analysis of the Economic Management of the Entrepreneurial Group Of Improvement Goat" Karya Putra Mandiri "In the village of Blimbing Kec. Rejotangan Kab. Tulungagung in Islam Economic Perspective "was written by Dini Khowiyatus Sholikhah, NIM. 1742143068, Faculty of Economics and Business Islamic, Islamic Economic Department of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Tulungagung guided by Dr.Qomarul Huda, M.Ag. The research in this paper is based on a pattern of management (management) in an entrepreneurial venture goat herd "Karya Putra Mandiri" by promoting the principle of solidarity (cooperation). Pattern management performed includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. With the pattern of management, the group is able to realize the target (vision and mission) which has been agreed upon. The problems of this study were (1) How planning application to increase entrepreneurial economy goat herd "Karya Putra Mandiri" in the village of Blimbing Kec. Rejotangan Kab. Tulungagung in Islamic economic perspective? (2) How organizing applications to increase entrepreneurial economy goat herd "Karya Putra Mandiri" in the village of Blimbing Kec. Rejotangan Kab. Tulungagung in Islamic economic perspective? (3)How actuating applications to increase entrepreneurial economy goat herd "Karya Putra Mandiri" in the village of Blimbing Kec. Rejotangan Kab. Tulungagung in Islamic economic perspective? (4)How controlling application of the economic improvement of the entrepreneurial group of goats "Karya Putra Mandiri" in the village of Blimbing Kec. Rejotangan Kab. Tulungagung in Islamic economic perspective? This research is qualitative descriptive approach which aims to describe related management practices conducted by an entrepreneurial group of goats "Karya Putra Mandiri". In this study, researchers used primary and secondary data, where the primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data obtained from the article through its medium. Based on the results of the study, the pattern of the management carried out by a group of goats "Karya Putra Mandiri", among them: planning (planning), by setting the vision and mission or target to be achieved by the group, organizing (organizing), namely by establishing the organizational structure which includes coaches, chairman, secretary, treasurer, and sections, actuating (mobilization or direction), namely by performing a variety of activities that include breeding, fattening, milk production, the management of livestock waste to animal feed management, and controlling (control), namely to hold meetings of the group that executed conditionally or every month with the aim to discuss the developments related to the goats.
