Abstract

Thesis with the title ‘The Concept of Advocacy in Al-Qur’an” is written by Rizal Mubit guided by Dr. H. Asmawi, M. Ag and Dr. H. Abad Badruzaman, Lc., M. Ag. Keywords: Advocacy, Quran, Tafsir Every people need an advocacy, both litigation and non litigation. The aim is that people who are in trouble with the law obtaining justice and the rights that exist in man is not violated. As the book Yag a way of life of Muslims, the Qur'an has provided guidance to the people how the implementation of advocacy. Advocacy if in the wrong hands, it will be the entrance to care for injustice. To that end, it is necessary theological signs as a base in order to advocate actually walked according to the course. In this case there are a few things that need to be excavated from the Koran includes, first, how the urgency of advocacy by the Koran? Second, whether the principles of advocacy in the Qur'an and third, how is the form of advocacy in the Qur'an? To find out the answers to these questions, i conducted library research (library research). The primary data is the Qur'an's tafseer and secondary data is the entire document in the form of books, studies and journals related to the object of research. The data was analyzed using content analysis method (content analysis) with descriptive analytic approach. These results indicate, first in advocacy urgency according to the Qur'an is for justice and the upholding of human rights (HAM). Secondly, the principles of advocacy by the Qur'an is the divine principle, the principle of justice, the principle of the right to advocacy, the principle of equality, the principle of enjoining good and forbidding wrong, the principle of mutual help, the principle of consultation. Third, the form of advocacy by the Qur'an namely the provision of legal advice, mediation, representation and advocacy.
