This design does not permit random assignment of subject to the experimental and control group. The researcher determines to select two intacts group. The first group is given treatment, called experimental group and the other group is not be given a treatment, called control group. Then, both of two groups are given pretest to know the beginning condition that is there any differences between control group and experimental group.
