Keywords: Moral Message, Value, Sherlock Holmes, Movie Movie is a media that can entertain people easily. Movie can entertain people by using visual and audio. Movie is not just for entertaining people, but as a part of literature work movie also conveyed some information inside. People can learn both knowledge information and social. People can also learn moral message conveyed in the movie. Moral message is a message or a lesson conveyed to be learnt form an event or story. Sherlock Holmes movie “The Hounds of Baskerville” is an example movie that can entertain and conveyed information. The formulation of the research problem in this research were: (1) What are moral messages can be found in Sherlock Holmes movie “The Hounds of Baskerville”? (2) How are moral messages presented in Sherlock Holmes movie “The Hounds of Baskerville”? The purposes of this research were; (1) To know what moral messages are can be found in Sherlock Holmes movie “The Hounds of Baskerville”. (2) To know how moral messages are presented in Sherlock Holmes Movie “The Hounds of Baskerville”. In writing this thesis, the writer conducted a library research to answer the question that presented in the research question. There are two kinds of sources are used in this thesis. The primary source obtained from Sherlock Holmes Movie “The Hounds of Baskerville”. The Secondary source obtained from movie script or subtitle and books or articles related to this research. Based on the analysis, the results of this study are as follows. The result are moral messages found in Sherlock Holmes Movie “The Hounds of Baskerville”, there are honesty, courage, peace ability, self-reliance and potential, discipline and moderation, loyalty and dependability, respect, love and affection, kindness and friendliness, and justice. Most of moral messages found conveyed directly in the movie.
