English Education Department. State Islamic Institute (IAIN) of Tulungagung. Advisor: Dr. Muh. Basuni, M.Pd. Keywords: Bilingual, Modern Boarding School Bilingual systems in Islamic boarding schools have the role to match language for students. A bilingual culture or a habit that is contained in a person that is caused by the relationship between cultures one and another culture. Habituation of community life in boarding school can improve the quality of learning for students especially language skills. English learning activities in the modern boarding school of Al-Barokah requires the use of foreign languages in all activities. And the privilege of this study, the students of Al - Barokah modern boarding school can play a role as teachers especially in learning English. The researcher formulates the research problem as follows: How is student’s feeling when do mistake in teaching English process?. The objective of research is to know student’s feeling when do mistake in teaching English process. Then to know the manner to face up it.The researcher used descriptive qualitative research, where the researcher chose descriptive design as a method to explain and describe objects in accordance with reality. The descriptive method was chosen because the data analysis was presented in a description. This study analyzes students' feelings when make mistakes in the English teaching process. With this qualitative research method, researcher could investigate the feelings of tutors in teaching English. The result of this study were: 1) Environmental response to tutors who make mistakes. every element in the boarding school always provides support to tutors who experience awkwardness after making mistakes in the process of teaching English. Starting from students being taught, fellow tutors and language tutors. Where there are students who take care of the tutor's feelings so that they don't remind the class when they are teaching and fellow tutors who want to teach the material that has not been understood. 2) The role of language advisors The role of language advisers in the case. The Language Instructor always accompanies the tutor from making the material to evaluation. In this case, the supervisor provides input that can be used in the peer tutoring process. The Language Guide provides an understanding that the tutor is still in the learning stage and if he makes a mistake it is natural.
