Abstract

Abstract Thesis with the title "Socio-Economic Impact on Kanigoro Blitar Traditional Market Relocation (Maslahah Mursalah Aspect Review)"was written by Dita Fitri Kurniasari with Promotor Dr. H. M. Saifuddin Zuhri, M.Ag. and Dr. Qomarul Huda M.Ag Keywords: Impact, Relocation, Maslahah Mursalah Research in this Thesis is motivated by a one of its policies is to relocate the Kanigoro market from Jln Irian Ds Jajar Kec Kanigoro Kab Blitar to a new place that is in Ds Satreyan Kec Kanigoro Kab Blitar and replace it with the construction of RTH (Green Open Space) in the area, because the kanigoro market has a very strategic place that is close to the densely populated Provincial Road is also near the office center. In addition, the reason for the relocation of the market is also because the old market is time for improvement in terms of building and structuring. The problem formulation in the writing of this Thesis is (1) How is the social and economic impact on the relocation policy of Kanigoro Blitar Market? (2) What is the social and economic impact on the relocation policy of Kanigoro Blitar Market according to Maslahah Mursalah? This thesis is useful for writers to add insight into mindsets, attitudes, and experiences. This research is expected to be used as a consideration material to formulate local government policies, especially Blitar regency in the preparation of sustainable development planning by paying attention to the impacts of the relocation of traditional markets. And also as an evaluation of the results of the implementation of kanigoro market relocation. The results of this study showed that the relocation of Kanigoro Market to Satreyan Village had a more negative socioeconomic impact, although there were also positive impacts. For the positive impact that occurs is kanigoro market has a more decent and clean place. While the negative impact is the decrease in revenue for market traders that occurs because the configuration of the trader's stall is not the same as when still in the old Kanigoro Market. The socioeconomic impact that occurs after the relocation of Kanigoro Market is included in the dzoruriyah maslahah where maslahah cares about maintaining property. For some people who do not have a significant decrease in income this can be categorized in maintaining or maintaining property.
