English Education Departement. Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. Sate Islamic University Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Advisor: Nany Soengkono Madayani, SS., M.Pd. Keywords: Teaching English, Online Learning, E-Learning, E-Learning Madrasah This research was conducted because of the phenomenon of online learning during the corona virus pandemic. Students affected by this condition include English students at MTsN 1 Blitar Kunir. The learning process must use online. The purpose of this study: 1). to describe how the E-Learning application is used in teaching English during the online learning process at MTsN 1 Blitar Kunir. 2). to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using e-learning applications in teaching English during the online learning process at MTsN 1 Blitar Kunir. This study took a descriptive design with a qualitative approach to find out the facts I n the events and conditions of objects in the field. This technique of collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the analysis technique used is data re data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate The results of this study indicate that there are three student responses in learning English using Madrasah E-Learning with the help of Whatsapp, namely students' interest in videos and learning teaching materials made by teachers to provide direct explanations, and using complete and complete Madrasa E-Learning Features. easy for its features. The first is seen in terms of planning, such as teachers being able to create online classes, provide teaching materials and create learning tools in e-learning madrasas. The second can be seen from the implementation, such as students and teachers carrying out learning starting from the introduction, core activities, to the closing of the Madrasa E-Learning. Third, in terms of evaluation, which includes teachers can give assignments through E-Learning Madrasas and teachers can provide direct assessments in e-Learning Madrasas. The advantages and disadvantages of using madrasa e-learning applications in learning English during the online learning process at MTsN 1 Blitar Kunir. The advantages of using e-learning madrasa teachers are more like more data management, learning materials that can be studied anywhere and anytime, collection is more practical, does not waste a lot of time. But behind that there are also shortcomings in the use of e-learning madrasas, namely constrained signals, lack of interact ion between students and teachers, lack of understanding of the material for students.
