Keywords: Reading Comprehension, Teaching Strategies, COVID-19, Reciprocal Teaching, In English there are 4 expertise that must be mastered, one of which is reading. In reading there is an ability called reading comprehension. In teaching reading comprehension, an English teacher needs a certain strategy to be able to carry out the learning process in an orderly and smooth manner. This strategy is called a learning strategy. Currently learning is carried out online due to the case of the Covid-19 virus that spreads in Indonesia. With this, researchers are interested in conducting research with the theme of Teachers' Strategies Implemented in Online Teaching Reading Comprehension During Pandemic Covid-19 at SMA Negeri 1 Sutojayan Blitar. The focus of this study is: 1) How do the English teachers plan strategies in online teaching reading comprehension during pandemic COVID-19 at SMA Negeri 1 Sutojayan Blitar?, 2) How do the English teachers implement the strategy in online teaching reading comprehension during pandemic COVID-19 at SMA Negeri 1 Sutojayan Blitar?, 3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of online teaching reading comprehension strategies at SMA Negeri 1 Sutojayan Blitar during pandemic COVID-19?. In this study, researcher used qualitative descriptive research forms. Data taken in the field is data about how English teachers plan learning strategies, how English teachers apply strategies in learning, and also what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in online learning comprehension. The instrument used by researcher is observation in class, interviews with 4 English teachers, and also the duties and assessments of each English teacher. In data analysis researchers use coding, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. From the results obtained by the researchers, the researchers found that English teachers in carrying out online reading comprehension learning by preparing lesson plans, learning materials, and learning media. During the learning process, the English teacher uses the same strategy, namely the reciprocal teaching strategy. The English teacher will provide reading texts and give orders in the form of assignments. The English teacher also conducts an evaluation at the end after the online reading comprehension lesson ends. In online reading comprehension learning there are supporting factors such as learning media, signals, student activity, etc. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the inability to provide learning media, signal difficulties, laziness, lack of patience, etc. The conclusion of this study is that every teacher has preparation in online reading comprehension learning such as planning lesson plans, materials, and learning media. In the learning process, the English teacher uses a reciprocal teaching strategy and provides an evaluation at the end of the lesson. There are supporting and inhibiting factors in online reading comprehension learning.
