THE COMPARISON OF STUDENTS PERFORMANCE IN ONLINE ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNING AND FACE-TO-FACE ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNING AT BURANAKAN SIKSA WITTAYA SCHOOL IN THAILAND. Thesis. English Education Program. Keywords: Blended Learning, Offline Learning, Online Learning This study aims to determine: the comparison of students performance in online and offline english language learning and face-to-face english language learning at At Buranakan Siksa Wittaya School In Thailand. In this study, the X1 variable consists of the face-to-face model, the X2 variable is the online learning model while the Y variable consists of learning outcomes. This study uses a type of quantitative research with comparative analysis techniques. The population in this study was 95 respondents and the sample used was the entire population (95 respondents) At Buranakan Siksa Wittaya School In Thailand. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The method used by the researcher focuses on the teaching and learning process which is conducted by the English teacher in the classroom, starting from pre-activity to post-activity. Data reduction is the process of selecting, focusing, simplifying, abstracting, looking for themes and patterns and discarding unnecessaryThe data display phase is done in the form of a brief description by using narrative text, it can also be in the form of graphics, matrix, and chart. The results showed that there are differences in learning outcomes of English subjects between face-to-face learning models and online learning models of students. The results showed that there is a difference in learning outcomes of English subjects between face-to-face learning models and online learning models of students at Buranakan Siksa Wittaya School in Thailand where the results of the student survey agreed that learning English through online got a result of 50%, while the results of data analysis showed that 47% of teachers stated that students' reading comprehension skills were in the poor category, and about 50% were in the good category. A total of 50% of respondents stated that their students' reading comprehension skills were in the good category, and 44% reported in the poor category. From these results it can be concluded that appropriate learning methods need to be improved.
