Department of English Education. Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung State Islamic University (UIN). Supervisor Dr. Nurul Chojimah M.Pd. Keywords: Utilization, Internet, English Learning, Resources Utilization itself has the meaning of benefit, usefulness, or advantages that can be profitable. In the world of education, the internet is widely used because it is felt to provide benefits or profits. Especially in learning English. On the internet there is a lot of information and of course it is necessary to learn English. On the internet there are many features such as online dictionaries, blogger websites, online meeting applications, Duolingo learning applications, music and video entertainment that can be used to learn English in a fun, cheap and flexible way for time and place, wherever and whenever you can learn English. The aim of this research is to find out how teachers and students at SMPN 1 CAMPURDARAT use internet media for the English language learning process. and what the factors can influenced teachers and students to use internet media as a resource for learning English. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which uses interview instruments and observation as data collection techniques. There were 33 students in 1 class, and 5 students who like learning Engllish Leasson to be interviewed, and there were 2 teachers who taught English learning who answered the interviews, then the researcher recorded the information obtained. The results of this research show that teachers and students use a electronic devices, namely cellphones, computers and laptops as additional learning internet media when needed, students look for additional information and have difficulty finding insight or material on the internet in certain conditions. This is due to the increasingly rapid development of technological media and due to teaching methods from the government which recommend using internet media so that students are active and independent in the learning process. And many of them admit that films and songs can broaden their knowledge of English in a fun way. SMPN 1 Campurdarat utilizes internet media as a learning facility to make it more efficient and modern so that students are expected to be able to learn more actively, creatively and independently.
