Keywords: Implementation, English Literacy The English literacy program is part of the school program that must be implemented by students. Literacy skills, especially English literacy, are one of the most important skills for students. Thus, English literacy programs receive serious attention. Therefore, this research concerns the implementation of ELP teachers. This is intended to explore English literacy programs based on teacher implementation. Therefore, this research aims to determine 1) the implementation of literacy in English Literacy Programs. 2) to determine the factors that can influence the students'’ success in English Literacy Program. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a qualitative descriptive design. Observations, documentation and interviews were used to collect data on ELP teachers' implementation of the English literacy program. The sample from the interview was two class VIII English teachers at one of the SMP 2 Sumbergempol, Tulungagung In carrying out this research, this type of research method was used in the form of: 1) the research design in this research was a qualitative approach, 2) the subjects of this research were two English teachers for class VIII students at SMP 2 Sumbergempol 3) Data Collection Techniques through interviews, observation and documentation 4) Data analysis using data reduction, data display and verification. The research results the English literacy program implemented by the school develops students' literacy skills, such as being able to understand texts, develop critical thinking skills, manage and process creative communication skills through responding to reading texts. In addition, based on teacher implementation, ELP is proven to be able to help increase reading interest and increase students' English vocabulary. By conducting this research, teachers and students can find out the effects and benefits of ELP so that students can actively participate in the implementation of ELP.
