Keyword: Shobahul Lughoh, Ma’had al-Jami’ah, Speaking Learning, Speaking Practic, Speaking Ability, Speaking Improvement. Speaking is a person's ability to use words and sentences orally to communicate with other people. Speaking ability is a crucial aspect of language learning. However, students often have difficulty developing speaking skills. In this context, Shobahul Lughoh's learning approach emerges as a potential solution. The purpose of this research is to determine whether the use of the Shobahul Lughoh learning at Ma'had al-Jami'ah State Islamic University Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung has a significant impact on improving students' speaking abilities compared to those which do not use this method. The research method used is a quasi-experimental research using two groups, an experimental group and a control group with a quantitative approach. The population of this research were students of Ma'had al-Jami'ah State Islamic University Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung with a sample size of 40 students in the experimental class and 36 students in the control class. The data collection technique uses a test instrument. Method of data analysis used comparative analysis in the form of Independent T-test by using SPSS version 25 for windows. The results of the Independent T-test showed that the sign value was 0,000 and it was lower than 0.05. Hence, there was a significant difference in scores in students' speaking abilities between those taught using the Shobahul Lughoh method at Ma'had al-Jami'ah State Islamic University Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungangung and those who did not. That is why the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. Thus, using Shobahul Lughoh was effective in improving students speaking skills.
