Ida Isnawati, M.Pd Keywords: frequency, English Club, vocabulary mastery Vocabulary is an important aspect of language education and learning, especially in English, because words are crucial for communication. Therefore, vocabulary is the most important aspect for students to learn for increasing their language abilities, such as speaking, reading, writing, and listening. Students can improve their English vocabulary skills by joining the English Club as an extracurricular program at school. They can practice English seriously and enjoy the language. Lack of research has been conducted on the correlation students' frequency in participating English Club and vocabulary mastery. Therefore, researcher wants to find the correlation students' frequency in participating English Club and vocabulary mastery at SMKN 1 Bandung. The statement of the research question is there any significant correlation between students’ frequency in participating English Club and their vocabulary mastery at SMKN 1 Bandung. This study aims to find a significant correlation between students’ frequency in participating English Club and their vocabulary mastery at SMKN 1 Bandung. The researcher used quantitative method with correlational research design or the correlation between predictor variable (frequency in participating English Club) and outcome variable (vocabulary mastery). The data source in this research is 70 students who take part in the English Club at SMKN 1 Bandung. The instruments used in the research are a questionnaire consists of 15 questions and a vocabulary test consists of 25 questions. In analyzing the data, the researcher used correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment through SPSS 27 Program. The SPSS output shows that the correlation coefficient is 0.903, it means that the level of correlation is very high. Considering that the significant value (2-tailed) is 0.000, which is less than the significance level (0.05). The alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, while the null hypothesis is rejected. It means that there is a significant correlation between students' frequency in participating English Club and their vocabulary mastery at SMKN 1 Bandung.
