Nursamsu, S.Pd.I,M.Pd Kata kunci: Perception, Google Translate, Fitur Foto Google Translate, English Article Google Translate has become a popular technology among students because of various features, one of which is the photo feature. This feature allows users to translate text from images taken with a cell phone. At Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah University Tulungagung, especially in the Non-English department, this feature is often used by students to translate English content, including academic article. However, the use of Google Translate's photo feature still raises various perceptions among Non-English students. The research problen in this study is how non-english department students perceive the use of the photo feature on Google Translate as a media for translating English articles. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out students' perceptions of the use of the Photo Feature on Google Translate as a medium for translating English Journals. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey research design. The population is 211 students of Non-English Department in the 6th semester of 2023/2024. The number of samples used was 50 students. In distributing questions, researchers used Google Form. This study results show that the students had a positive perception of the reliability of this feature for translating articles with total mean 3.776. In addition, students found the feature easy to use and access, with total mean score of 3.824. In addition, students had a positive perception of this feature's ability to increase productivity in translating English article assignments with total mean score of 3.392. Students also had a positive perception translation quality with total mean score of 3.44. Finally, students had a positive perception of the photo feature's ability to improve the quality and accuracy of English article translations, with total mean score of 3.49.
