Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and giving vocabulary tests to respondents. Data analysis technique in the study to calculate the correlation coefficient using Pearson Product moment Correlation Formula through SPSS 26. The results of this study showed that the calculation of data analysis using Pearson Product moment shows the significance value of 0.000, this is lower than the significant level of 0.05 which indicates that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The calculation results also show that the correlation coefficient value is 0.619 which indicates that the correlation is a strong correlation because it place between the interval 0,5-0,8, and it also consider as positive correlation because the result of coefficient value is positive number. It can be concluded that there is a strong positive correlation between students' interest in learning English and students' vocabulary mastery at the seventh-grade of MTsN 1 Kota Blitar.
