Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan. Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Advisor: Dr. Nany Soengkono Madayani, SS., M.Pd. Keywords: Listening Skill, Media Digital, Lingo-Clip. English language skills are essential in the era of globalization and technological advancement. Based on previous research, in speaking English, it is important to master listening skills as a support for other aspects. For this reason, learning English requires active interaction and the right media. Previous research has shown that digitalization media is effective in English language learning. This study explores audio learning media, namely the Lingo-Clip application as an experiment, this aims to determine the effectiveness of the digital media of the Lingo-Clip application in the listening ability of grade VIII students of MTs Abdulloh Kediri. Based on this background, the formulation of the problem in this study is "Are there significant differences in the listening skills of eighth-graders before being taught using Lingo-Clip and after being taught using Lingo-Clip?". So it can be found out whether the Lingo-Clip application is effectively used in students' English learning significantly. This study uses a pre-experimental quantitative approach with a pre-test and post-test design. Data was collected by providing questions in the form of fill the blank of a song lyrics before and after treatment. Samples were taken using Purposive Sampling, involving 31 even semester students. Based on data analysis using SPSS 27.0 with the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, a significant difference was found between pretest and posttest scores with a Z value of -4.433 and a significance level of p = 0.000, which shows that the majority of post-test scores are higher than pretest. These results indicate that the intervention with the Lingo-Clip application is effective in the learning outcomes of students VIII MTs Abdulloh Kediri, so it can be concluded that Lingo-Clip is an effective tool for learning Listening for grade VIII students of MTs Abdulloh Kediri.
