Key Words : Bilingual Fable, Improve, Student’s Reading comprehension, MIN 4 Tulungagung. English is one of important subject, which is learned and tought in Indonesia school at elementary until university. As foreign Language, it has many students problems faced by Indonesia students as specially reading English. Students cuoldn’t understand the text in reading class. Reading is one skill which learn by the students in the class and should be mastered, so students have to like and have more motivation in learning reading. The formulation of the problem in this research was how to improve the reading comprehension through using bilingual fable with picture of the fifth grade Students at MIN 4 Tulungagung. The purpose of this research was to know whether students reading comprehension can be improve through using bilingual fable with picture of the fifth grade Students at MIN 4 Tulungagung or not. The study was classroom action research. The steps of this research were planning, implementing strategy, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study are 29 students, consisting of 14 male and 15 female students of the fifth grade Students at MIN 4 Tulungagung . Instruments used (1) test, (2) fieldnotes and (3) the result of student’s questionnaire. Based on the results of the research, Reading comprehension through Bilingual Fable with picture can be improve in test cycle II which 5 students or 17,24% was in category fair, 9 students or 31,03% were in category good, and 15 students or 51,72% students were in category very good. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the Bilingual Fable with picture can improve students' reading comprehension of the fifth grade students at MIN 4 Tulungagung academic year 2016/2017.
