Abstract

ABSTRACT Thesis, entitle “Effectifeness of Infak, Sedekah, and Zakat Distribution at Amil Zakat, Infak Sedekah Nahdlatul Ulama Institute” was written by Muhamad Bahrudin Yusuf, NIM. 17103163032, advised Dr. H. Ahmad Muhtadi Ansor, M.Ag. This research is motivated by a phenomenon of the distribution of zakat, infak and sedekah funds in Blitar Regency. Distribution of zakat, infak and sedekah funds given to underprivileged recipients or communities in the Blitar Regency area to ease life's burdens and prosperity. The distribution of zakat, infak and sedekah funds is a routine activity every month carried out by Lazisnu Blitar Regency. It is hoped that the assistance of zakat, infak and sedekah funds can help the lives of recipients or people in Blitar district. The formulation of the problems in this study are: 1) How is the implementation of the distribution of zakat, infak and sedekah funds in Lazisnu, Blitar Regency?. 2) How is the effectiveness of the distribution of zakat, infak and sedekah funds in Lazisnu, Blitar Regency?. 3) What are the obstacles and solutions for Lazisnu in distributing zakat, infak and sedekah funds in Lazisnu, Blitar Regency?. The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine how the distribution of zakat, infak and sedekah funds in Lazisnu Blitar Regency. 2) to determine the effectiveness of the distribution of zakat, infak and sedekah funds in Lazisnu, Blitar Regency. 3) to determine the obstacles and Lazisnu's solution in distributing zakat, infak and sedekah funds in Lazisnu, Blitar Regency. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach in which data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted in Lazisnu, Blitar Regency. The collected data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method through three stages, namely, data reduction, data exposure and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the method of distribution in Lazisnu Blitar Regency by distributing zakat, infak and sedekah funds given to recipients or underprivileged people. 2) The distribution of zakat, infak, and sedekah funds in Lazisnu Blitar is effective but still exists There are several obstacles, namely the number of programs in the institution so that the funds issued cannot meet all the needs of mustahiq. 3) There are still obstacles. The obstacles in the implementation of the distribution of zakat, infak and sedekah funds are the regional or geographical conditions that fluctuate due to their conditions in the highlands.
