Abstract

PENGARUH MODAL, LUAS LAHAN, DAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA INSANI TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ANGGOTA GABUNGAN KELOMPOK TANI BENDILWUNGU, KECAMATAN SUMBERGEMPOL KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG Muhammad Fakrur Rozi NIM.1402173007 Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Islam Intitut Agama Islam Tulungagung Pembimbing Dr. Agus Eko Sujianto, SE, MM. Abstrak Pendaptan Anggota Gabungan Kelompok Tani Di Pengaruhi oleh Banyak Faktor. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Dari Modal, Luas Lahan, Dan Kualitas Sumber Daya Insani Di Bendilwungu Kecmatn Sumbergempol Kabupten Tulungagung. Penelitian Ini Merupakn Penelitian Kuantitatif, Dengan Jenis Data Primer Yang Di Olah Pada Tahun 2021 Dengan Jumlah Sampel 47 Orang Terpilih Dari 90 Anggota Dengan Teknik Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan melalukan berbagai uji seperti T, uji F, R2 , uji normalitas,uji reabilitas,uji validitas, uji heteroskedastisitas sehingga menghasilkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut : Y = 0 ,151*x1 + 0,708*x2 + 0,200*x3+ -1,408 Hasil Penelitian Di Bawah Ini Bahwasnya Varibel Modal, Luas Lahan Dn Kualitas Sumber Daya Insani Berpengaruh Terhadap Pendapatan Bisa Dilihat Pada Nilai Sig. Tabel Anova Menunjukkan 0,000<0,005.Artinya Secara Bersam Sama Ke Tiga Varibel Tersebut Mempunyai Pengaruh Terhadap Pendapatan Anggota Gabungan Kelompok Tani. Modal Berpengaruh Potitif Terhadap Pendapatan Di Tunjukkan Dengan Dengan Nilai Signifikansi T Untuk Variabel Modal Usaha Adalah 0,11 Dan Nilai Tersebut Lebih Kecil Dari Nilai Probabilitas 0,05 (0,011< 0,05). Luas Lahan Berpengaruh Dengan Pendaptan Anggota Gabungan Kelompok Tani Dengan Nilai Signifikansi T Untuk Variabel Luas Lahan Adalah 0,000 Dan Nilai Tersebut Lebih Kecil Dari Nilai Probabilitas 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Kualitas Sumberdya Insani Terhadap Dengan Nilai Signifikansi T Untuk Variabel Kualitas Sumber Daya Insani Adalah 0,000 Dan Nilai Tersebut Lebih Kecil Dari Nilai Probabilitas 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Abstract The income of the members of the farmer group association is influenced by many factors. This study aims to determine the effect of capital, land area, and quality of human resources in Bendilwungu, Sumbergempol sub-district, Tulungagung district. This research is a quantitative research, with the types of primary data processed in 2021 with a total sample of 47 people selected from 90 members using multiple linear regression analysis techniques by performing various tests such as T, F, R2, normality test, reliability test, test validity, heteroscedasticity test resulting in the regression equation as follows: Y = 0.11 * x1 + 0.708 * x2 + 0.200 * x3 + -1.408 The results below show that the variables of capital, land area and quality of human resources have an effect on income. It can be seen in the Sig. Anova Table Shows 0.000 <0.005. It means that these three variables simultaneously have an influence on the income of the members of the farmer group association. Capital has a potential effect on income, indicated by the significance value of T for the business capital variable is 0.11 and the value is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 (0.011 <0.05). Land area affects the income of members of the farmer group association with a significance value of T for the variable of Land area is 0.000 and the value is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The quality of Human Resources with the significance value of T for the variable of Human Resources is 0.000 and the value is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05).
