Abstract

The library is a center for learning resources as well as a source of data for its users. The library can be defined as a collection of information that is categorized into several types and used as a learning medium. The university library is an institution whose activity is to serve excellently to its users. In addition to facilitating various library materials to visitors, the library also pays attention to the completeness of the facilities provided to support the smooth process of work carried out by librarians to increase the interest of visiting visitors with a comfortable atmosphere. The facilities provided by the library have many types, one of which is circulation service facilities. The word circulation has a meaning as circulation or circulation, if in a library the word circulation is often referred to as borrowing. Activities in the circulation section can be said to be the spearhead of library services because this section is the most frequently used by users. (Lasa, 2009)
