Abstract

Abstrak Dalam masa Pandemi Covid-19 dimana seluruh kegiatan belajar mengajar di lakukan secara daring berdampak pada mahasiswa yang merasa belum siap untuk memasuki dunia kerja karena pelaksanaan Praktik Profesi Mahasiswa (PPM)/ magang yang dilaksanakan secara online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara CDMSE dengan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Fakultas Ushuluddin Adab dan Dakwah (FUAD) UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif jenis kausal komparatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 198 mahasiswa, yang di tentukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala CDMSE dan skala kesiapan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data regresi liner sederhana dengan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F=328,78, dengan nilai sig=0,001 (p<0,05) dengan sumbangan efektif variabel prediktor sebesar 62,7%. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa hipotesis dapat diterima, yaitu adanya peran yang signifikan antara CDMSE sebagai prediktor kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Kata- kata kunci: CDMSE, mahasiswa tingkat akhir, kesiapan kerja Abstract During the Covid-19 Pandemic, where all teaching and learning activities are carried out online, it has an impact on students who feel that they are not ready to enter the world of work because of the implementation of Student Professional Practices (PPM)/internships that are carried out online. This research aims to determine the effect of CDMSE with the work readiness of final year students at the Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah faculties of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this research was 198 students, the sampling technique used was simple random sampling. data collection using the CDMSE scale and work readiness scale. Analysis of the data used in this research using simple linear regression analysis with classical assumption test. The results of the hypothesis test obtained the value of F = 328.78, with a value of sig = 0.001 (p <0.05) with an effective contribution of predictor variables of 62.7%. These results indicate that the hypothesis can be accepted, namely that there is a significant role between CDMSE as a predictor of job readiness in final year students. Keywords: CDMSE, final year student, work readinnes الملخص خلال جائحة Covid-19 ، حيث يتم تنفيذ جميع أنشطة التدريس والتعلم عبر الإنترنت ، يكون له تأثير على الطلاب الذين يشعرون أنهم غير مستعدين لدخول عالم العمل بسبب تنفيذ الممارسات المهنية للطلاب (PPM) / التدريبات التي يتم تنفيذها عبر الإنترنت. الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد تأثير CDMSE مع جاهزية العمل لطلاب السنة النهائية في كلية أوشول الدين أداب والدعوة (فواد) UIN سيد علي رحمة الله تولونجاجونج. الطريقة المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي نوع سببي مقارن. بلغت العينة في هذه الدراسة 198 طالباً وطالبة تم تحديدهم باستخدام أسلوب أخذ العينات العشوائي البسيط. يستخدم جمع البيانات مقياس CDMSE ومقياس الجاهزية للعمل. يستخدم هذا البحث تحليل بيانات الانحدار الخطي البسيط مع اختبار الافتراض الكلاسيكي. حصلت نتائج اختبار الفرضية على قيمة F = 328.78 ، بقيمة sig = 0.001 (p <0.05) مع مساهمة فعالة لمتغيرات التنبؤ بنسبة 62.7٪. تشير هذه النتائج إلى أنه يمكن قبول الفرضية ، أي أن هناك دورًا مهمًا بين CDMSE كمؤشر على الاستعداد الوظيفي في طلاب السنة النهائية.
