English Education Department. Graduate School. State Islamic University of Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. First advisor: Dr. Erna Iftanti, M.Pd., Second advisor: Dr. Arina Shofiya, M.Pd. Keywords : literacy, TEYL, home literacy environment, school literacy environment. This study is motivated by the importance of integrating literacy from an early age to young learners. Home and School are the first environments that are stepped on by a child which have a big influence on their future, in the sense that when the two environments are good then what will grow in the child is the good character that they got from these two environments. This study hides how to hide good literacy for young learners in Home and School Environment at MIU Mambaus Sholihin Blitar’s students by examining what activities have been carried out by the school and parents in supporting children's literacy. The purpose of this study is as a flashback to re-awaken schools and families regarding the importance of early literacy platforms by providing a formulation of the problem: (1) how does the School Literacy Environment (SLE) support TEYL activities?; (2) how is the Home Literacy Environment (HLE) supporting TEYL activities?. This study used a qualitative study method with observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. There are two kinds of subjects and objects in this study, the first are subjects (Principals and English Teachers) and objects in the school environment. Then, the second are subjects (student guardians) and objects in the home environment. For the research results, it can be concluded that: (1) there are several activities that have been carried out in supporting Teaching English to Young Learners in the School Literacy Environment, namely: (a) making class libraries, (b) making paper prints for the English language environment, (3) using technology as an enabler of digital literacy; (2) there are two conceptualizations of Home Literacy Environment that are used, namely: (a) the interface for literacy activities between parents and children, and (b) the limitations of the parents' environment in providing infrastructure to support literacy activities.
