Abstract

In this article, the focus of the research is the Koperasi Tani “Jasa Tirta” Sendang employees who expect all employees to work optimally to achieve the desired results. As for the goal; 1) determine the effect of Islamic work motivation on employee performance; 2) determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance; 3) determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance 4) the influence of Islamic work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is Koperasi Tani “Jasa Tirta” Sendang with a sample of 30 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis tool uses SPSS 22.00. The results of the study show that: (1) Islamic work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; (2) work environment has a significant effect on employee performance; (3) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance (4) Islamic work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on the performance of Koperasi Tani “Jasa Tirta” Sendang employees. The limitation of this study is that it only examines the effect of Islamic work motivation, work environment, and work discipline, while other variables that affect employee performance are expected to be examined by future researchers.
