Key words: EFL instruction, Bilingual Kindergarten Bilingual school is a school using two languages in instruction, learning and communication. In indonesia, the two languages are English and Bahasa Indonesia. Using Bilingualism to teach English expecially to young learner will give many benefit to the children. Children who learn two languages will succeed in mastering both by using one strategy . Besides, bilingual children more easily understand the formation of concepts because they are accustomed to learning two languages and overcome their confusion at the beginning. So that's why bilingual in a school is suitable with the objectives of the study especially to teach English for young learners. However, in our society there were still few bilingual schools conducted for the young learner education. Therefore, This study tried to investigate the English teaching and learning at Happyfeet Bilingual Kindergarten. This study is conducted to investigate the English teaching conducted at Happyfeet Bilingual Kindergarten, spesifically this study is intended to answer the following research problems: (1)What strategies are used by the teacher in teaching English at Happyfeet Bilingual Kindergarten? (2)What medias are used by the teacher in teaching English at Happyfeet Bilingual Kindergarten? (3)What materials are used by the teacher in teaching English at TK Bulingual Happyfeet? (4)What asessment techniques are applied in teaching English at Happyfeet Bilingual Kindergarten? This would help the reader understand how is the English teaching learning at Happyfeet Bilingual Kindergarten including the strategy, media, material, and assessment applied in this school. This study was a descriptive qualitative study. The data is in the form of description. There are three technique in collecting data in this research, those are interview, observation, and documentation. The primary data sources come from Interview and observation and the secondary data source comes from documentation of the student's worksheet, the middle semester examination sheet and student’s report card. To ensure the validity of the study, the researcher used triangulation as the technique of data verification. The data analysis in this study can be broken down into three procedures those are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. Then, The participant of the study was one of the teacher at Happyfeet Bilingual Kindergarten. The result of this study showed that Happyfeet Bilingual Kindergarten applied interesting teaching learning process which covers: (1) The strategy used are study and play, demonstration, look and say, and questioning strategy. Those four strategies are combined by the teacher when teaching. (2) The teacher used visual and audio visual media. The visual media are real object, educational game tools, worksheet and picture. Then, the audio visual media is video. The media are suitable with the material and strategy. (3) The teacher used vocabulary as the material. The materials are attractive so the students enjoy studying. (4)The teacher applied formative and summative assessment. The formative assessment used every week. Then, the summative assessment is in the form of written midterm test or final test. It is suggested that other bilingual kindergarten schools can use the learning strategy, media, material, and assessment as Happyfeet Bilingual Kindergarten did. In addition, to develop the knowledge about bilingual kindergarten like how is the language development of kindergarten children, for the next researchers are suggested to conduct the same research with different context or focus of study
