Keywords: Students‟ Perception, Google Classroom Nowadays, the Covid-19 virus or known as Coronavirus has been a source of problem in many countries. Due to this pandemic the Ministry of Education and Culture issued Circular Letters 2 and 3 of 2020, in which it explained ways to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the educational environment (KEMENDIKBUD, 2020). Most of school, college, private, etc. have stopped face to-face teaching and doing social or physical distancing. Consequently, teaching and learning process, especially English learning do at home by using online learning or technology driven learning. The new technologically driven learning approaches seemed to offer a solution to the increased demand a comparatively low initial cost and many countries supported a wide array of E-Learning solution. There are several various types of applications of E-learning one of them is Google Classroom. Google Classroom is an application designed to assist students and teachers connect, work together, organize and create assignments, it enables learning to be paperless. The formulation of research problem was: “What are the students‟ perceptions toward the use of Google Classroom as an alternative media for English learning at MAN 2 Tulungagung?”. Hence, the purpose of this research is to find out students‟ perceptions toward the use of Google Classroom as an alternative media for English learning at MAN 2 Tulungagung. The research used quantitative approach with a survey research design. The population was XII IPS of MAN 2 Tulungagung. The researcher took two classes as the sample: XII IPS 2 class consisted of 36 students and XII IPS 5 class consisted of 36 students. The results showed that the majority of students have positive perceptions toward the use of Google Classroom. Based on the findings, the students have positive perceptions toward the technology important for communication between teachers and students, also with parents (54.20%). Google Classroom is one technology can be accessed anywhere and everywhere as long as there is internet connection from any devices (44.40%,), Google Classroom gives students chance to share their assignments to the teacher (51.40%), then Students can easy access material and assignment through Google Classroom (55.60%). Besides that, Google Classroom is easy to use (47.20%), Google Classroom views are very clear and easy to understand (43.10%) and Google Classroom is user friendly (41.70%). It makes students satisfied with Google Classroom as an alternative for English learning.
