Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi dengan Judul “Pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di toko Jesse Factory Tulungagung Cabang Kutoanyar” yang ditulis oleh Erna Febriani NIM. 12402173442 jurusan Ekonomi Syariah, Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Islam, Univertitas Islam Negeri Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, Pembimbing Suminto, M. Pd.I. Dalam Perkembangan bisnis terus mengalami peningkatan sehingga menuntut pelaku usaha untuk bekerja secara efektif dan maksimal agar mampu bertahan pada pasar. Pelaku usaha dan perusahaan harus memiliki strategi pemasaran yang baik agar mampu memahami keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen serta bersaing dengan produsen lain. Kepuasan konsumen berperan penting terhadap perkembangan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas karena jika konsumen merasa puas atas suatu produk, maka konsumen mempunyai potensi untuk membeli ulang. Jika konsumen tidak puas dengan produk tersebut, maka kemungkinan besar konsumen tidak akan membeli ulang. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen yaitu harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu : 1) Apakah harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di toko Jesse Factory Tulungagung Cabang Kutoanyar?; 2) Apakah kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di toko Jesse Factory Tulungagung Cabang Kutoanyar?; 3) Apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di toko Jesse Factory Tulungagung Cabang Kutoanyar?; Apakah harga, kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di toko Jesse Factory Tulungagung Cabang Kutoanyar? Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Pengujian data ini menggunakan analisis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode yang dilakukan slovin, yang menghasilkan sampel sejumlah 60 orang. Pengujian data dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 memberikan hasil yang dapat disimpulkan, yaitu (1) Variabel harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Jesse Factory Tulungagung Cabang Kutoanyar; (2) Variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Jesse Factory Tulungagung Cabang Kutoanyar; (3) Variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Jesse Factory Tulungagung Cabang Kutoanyar; (4) Variabel harga, kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Jesse Factory Tulungagung Cabang Kutoanyar Kata Kunci: Harga, Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Konsumen ABSTRACT Thesis entitled "The Influence of Price, Product Quality and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at Jesse Factory Tulungagung Store Kutoanyar Branch" written by Erna Febriani NIM. 12402173442 majoring in Islamic Economics, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Islamic University Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Supervisor Suminto, M. Pd.I. In business development continues to increase so that it requires business actors to work effectively and optimally in order to be able to survive in the market. Business actors and companies must have a good marketing strategy in order to be able to understand the wants and needs of consumers and compete with other producers. Consumer satisfaction plays an important role in the company's development in increasing profitability because if consumers are satisfied with a product, then consumers have the potential to repurchase. If consumers are not satisfied with the product, it is likely that consumers will not repurchase. Several factors that influence customer satisfaction are price, product quality and service quality. The formulation of the problem from this research are: 1) Does price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Jesse Factory Tulungagung store, Kutoanyar branch?; 2) Does product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Jesse Factory Tulungagung store, Kutoanyar Branch?; 3) Does service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Jesse Factory Tulungagung store, Kutoanyar Branch?; Do price, product quality, service quality have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at the Jesse Factory Tulungagung store, Kutoanyar Branch? The research method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. This research uses Non Probability Sampling Technique with Purposive Sampling method. This data test uses analysis of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test. The sample of this study used the method used by Slovin, which resulted in a sample of 60 people. Testing the data with the help of SPSS 16.0 gives conclusions that can be concluded, namely (1) the price variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Jesse Factory Tulungagung, Kutoanyar Branch; (2) The product quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Jesse Factory Tulungagung, Kutoanyar Branch; (3) The service quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Jesse Factory Tulungagung, Kutoanyar Branch; (4) Variables of price, product quality, service quality have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at Jesse Factory Tulungagung, Kutoanyar Branch.
