Abstract
ABSTRAK Skripsi dengan judul “Kinerja Guru Dalam Pembelajaran Daring Pada Masa Pandemi Di MI Nurul Jadid Kolomayan Wonodadi Blitar Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021” ini ditulis oleh Mahfirotul Qibtiyah, NIM. 12205173258. Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah,Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan, Universitas Islam Negeri Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Pembimbing : Prof. Dr. H. Syamsun Niam, M.Ag Kata Kunci : Kinerja Guru, Pembelajaran Daring, Masa Pandemi Guru berperan penting dalam dunia Pendidikan. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari kinerja guru yang harus diperhatikan. Salah satu penentu kinerja guru adalah situasi atau kondisi yang sedang terjadi. Seperti saat ini, sedang terjadi pandemic dan pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara online (daring) karna anjuran dari pemerintah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka peneliti termotivasi untuk mengadakan penelitian dan hasilnya dituangkan dalam skripsi dengan judul Kinerja Guru Dalam Pembelajaran Daring Pada Masa Pandemi Di MI Nurul Jadid Kolomayan Wonodadi Blitar Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana perbedaan kinerja guru disekolah saat daring dengan luring pada masa pandemic di MI Nurul Jadid Kolomayan Wonodai Blitar. (2) untuk mendeskripsikan factor yang bisa mempengaruhi pengembangan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemic di MI Nurul Jadid Kolomayan Wonodadi Blitar. (3) untuk mendeskripsikan cara kepala sekolah mengembangkan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran daring di MI Nurul Jadid Kolomayan Wonodadi Blitar Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitaif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode induktif dengan alur tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, (display data) menarik kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) perbedaan kinerja guru saat daring dan luring sangat terasa. Terlebih lagi bagi guru senior yang memang blum faham tentang system daring dan aplikasi pendukungnya.Jika biasanya guru didalam kelas hanya dngan buku murid bisa memahami, namun ketika daring merekaa kurang bisa memeahami materi yang diberikan dan memerlukan banyak persiapan (2) factor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru selama pembelajaran daring rata – rata sama. Yaitu mengalami kesulitan dalam hal jaringan. Dan beberapa guru senior yang belum faham dengan penggunaan aplikasi yang biasanya dipakai. (3) cara kepala sekolah dalam membantu meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah dengan melakukan workshop, lalu pembinaan untuk guru – guru lanjut usia yang belum mengerti tentang aplikasi daring, sehingga bisa mengikuti kinerja guru – guru baru ataupun guru yang sudah faham tentang system daring inixv ABSTRACT The thesis with the title "Teacher Performance in Online Learning During a Pandemic At MI Nurul Jadid Kolomayan Wonodadi Blitar for the 2020/2021 Academic Year" was written by Mahfirotul Qibtiyah, NIM. 12205173258. Ag Keywords: Teacher Performance, Online Learning, Pandemic Period Teachers play an important role in the world of education. This is inseparable from the teacher's performance that must be considered. One of the determinants of teacher performance is the current situation or condition. As currently, there is a pandemic going on and learning is being carried out online (online) due to recommendations from the government. Based on this, the researchers were motivated to conduct research and the results were stated in a thesis entitled Teacher Performance in Online Learning During a Pandemic At MI Nurul Jadid Kolomayan Wonodadi Blitar for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. The purpose of this study is (1) to describe how the performance of teachers in schools online and offline during the pandemic at MI Nurul Jadid Kolomayan Wonodai Blitar is different. (2) to describe the factors that can affect the development of teacher performance in online learning during the pandemic at MI Nurul Jadid Kolomayan Wonodadi Blitar. (3) to describe how principals develop teacher performance in online learning at MI Nurul Jadid Kolomayan Wonodadi Blitar This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an inductive method with the flow of data reduction stages, data presentation, (data display) drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study are (1) the difference in teacher performance online and offline is very pronounced. Especially for senior teachers who don't really understand the online system and its supporting applications. If usually teachers in the classroom only use books, students can understand, but when online they are less able to understand the material provided and require a lot of preparation (2) factors that affect teacher performance during online learning the average is the same. That is experiencing difficulties in terms of networking. And some senior teachers who do not understand the use of applications that are usually used. (3) the principal way to help improve teacher performance is to conduct workshops, then coaching for elderly teachers who do not understand online applications, so they can follow the performance of new teachers or teachers who already understand this online system.
