Keywords: Teaching Problems, Preservice Teacher, Internship Program In Indonesia, the education system has changed from face-to-face to online due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This is a challenge for all teachers in Indonesia, especially English preservice teachers who are still beginners in teaching English in the online internship program. The problem that must be solved is “what are the problems faced by the English preservice teachers of Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Islamic State University of Tulungagung in the online internship program, and how do the English preservice teachers solve the problems in the online internship program”. The objective of this research is to answer the questions above. This research is qualitative research, using a qualitative descriptive design that describes the problems faced by the English preservice teachers and how the English preservice teachers solve the problems in the online internship teaching program. There are two college students as the subject of this research. The technique of data collection used interviews and documentation. In this research, the researcher uses triangulation data to validate the data. The result of this research, there are five problems faced by English preservice teachers in online internship program. They are, first teacher's preparation problem, second class management problem, third the low experience and ability of teachers in teaching using online application, fourth problem of communication and interaction between teachers and students, Fifth Emotional problems. And the solution to solve the problems in online internship programs is, to learn from experienced teachers, explore technology to improve online teaching ability and mastery of English, understand the learning material and practice teaching online, use the book from the internship school and technology as a reference in getting teaching materials, and use various online media that are easy to use to communicate between preservice teachers and students, organize learning activities, use online media to facilitate routine activities, use interesting learning media, additional grade and provides rewards to get students attention, give punishments to discipline students, ask for help and support from other preservice teachers, and supervisor teachers.
